Boat owners are asked to install CCTV Cameras at the Jetties
The Colaba boat owners have been asked by the Colaba police to compulsorily install CCTV cameras or face the brunt like they did during the 26/11-terror attack. But the boat owners are very upset with the declaration and have decided to retaliate if the decision is not taken in their favor.According to the letter forwarded by the Colaba police the boat owners are asked to install CCTV cameras at the jetties, to maintain the record of regular boat travelers by keeping their photo pass and their address details, frisking the bags of the travelers and keeping security men on their boats.
